2. Alex Thursday, January 9, 2003	After consulting with the doctors in Madras, alphonse akka's admission to hospital is scheduled to be on 30th January 2003 and the operation is on 3rd february in Madras malar hospital.

13. P. John Britto & Jothi Tuesday, February 4, 2003	Alphonse Akka is fine. It was a miracle. The operation was done for about 5 hours. But after about 20 hours Akka opened her eyes and talked with us. All of us got relieved of our TENSION. Your phone calls from Singapore and Thailand were very much supportive. Thank you for your prayers.

20. alphonse Sunday, February 23, 2003	hello my family my members this alphonse, well now i have come thro a heart operation successfully,it is all becoz of the support and prayers lent to me by my beloved brothers & their wives,and by my beloved parents,who even at this age risked their physical inablities for the sake of me,my beloved sister julie is the main person for me to thank you had shown great care in me by being beside me,last but not the least i am very much grateful to my husband who is real treasure to me with out him all your help would'nt have reached me,well i take this moment to thank for all he has done to me, all my thambi's and their wives repeatedly phoned to me and that was the secret of my courage,thank you my beloved's especially charles jeyanthy were very anxious about my well being i will never forget the fer vour you showed in my well being,all my brother's wives jothi,jessie,jaya(vincent),jeya(alex) were very much interested in me i am grateful to each one of you,thank you one & all.
