Dear All! Atha's (Acchi 100) function
was a grand success. Around 850 persons attended the function. There was
a high mass led by Fr. Lokkaiah (one of our relatives).100 candles were
lit. Atha cut the cake amidst huge crowd and applause. Two Ellu peran
(great grand children ) Fraser and Sofia ( Albert's daughter) garlended
her with Salvai and bathed her with Gold coins. The function was
attended by most of the local VIPs. Mr. SUKI SIVAM (Sun TV)gave a
wonderful felicitation. The Souvenir with 140 pages was released. Anga
will send you the copies. Mementos were given by Aachi to all 34
families. Around 70 close relatives came up to the stage and took a BIG
family photo with the VIPS and Aachi. All the news papers and local TVs
reported the news. We have the news clippings. IT did not come in SUN Tv.
Everybody enjoyed the show. Photos and the videos are yet to come. Bye

I was very happy to get the blessings of
aatha on the auspicious day of her 100th birthday with my children.
Aatha felt little emotional in the midst of the huge crowd and gave her
blessings to all those who attended the function and also to those who
were not able to attend the function. Mr.Suki Sivam's speech about
aathaa's secret of living for 100 years was applauded many times in the
middle by the crowd. Even this sunday, in the Sun TV his speech was
fully centered around aathaa's 100th birthday. It was a happy occasion.

comments about aathaa's function by my
mum at Tirunelvely - sorry I could not attend this function due to my
ill-health. But everybody(our dear and near ones) in Tirunelveli
appreciated about this function. We saw the news in newspapers also.

has kept the clippings for future reference. She conveyed her wishes
