CHICKEN MERRYLAND

Ingredients:
  • chicken breast-4 pieces
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice for marination
  • 100 gm plain or self raising flour
  • 2 eggs broken and whipped a little
  • 400 gms bread crumbs
  • 200 ml oil for frying
Procedure:
  • Flatten the breast pieces gentlty and marinate with salt pepper and lemon juice and leave aside for few mnts
  • Take piece by piece and place it in flour, dust a little dip it in egg mix and spread over the crumbs
  • Ithai eduthu ennaiyil pottu nangu porithu eduthaal athuthaan CHICKEN MERRYLAND
  • Remember to eat it with chilli sauce or mayonnaise(Optional)
