Ingredients:
- chicken breast-4 pieces
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice for marination
- 100 gm plain or self raising
flour
- 2 eggs broken and whipped a
little
- 400 gms bread crumbs
- 200 ml oil for frying

Procedure:
- Flatten the breast pieces gentlty and marinate with salt pepper and lemon juice and leave aside for few mnts
- Take piece by piece and place it in
flour, dust a little dip it in egg mix and spread over the crumbs
- Ithai eduthu ennaiyil pottu nangu porithu eduthaal athuthaan CHICKEN
MERRYLAND
- Remember to eat it with chilli sauce or
mayonnaise(Optional)
