CUSTARD ORANGE CAKE |

Ingredients:
- oil for greasing tin
- 2 cups self-raising
flour
- 1/3 cup custard
powder
- 11/3 cups casting
sugar
- 4 table spoons butter
- chopped 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
- 1 cup orange juice
- 125 g cream cheese
- 2 table spoon icing sugar

Procedure:
- 1. sift flour and custard
powder and put in food proseser bowl with sugar and pieces of
butter.
- 2. using the pulse action press
the button for 10 seconds or until the mixture is fine and
crumbly.
- 3. put eggs, orange rind and
juice into the food proceser bowl . proses for 30 seconds or until
mixture is smooth.
- 4.spoon the mixture into tin;
smooth surface. bake for 50 minutes or until askewert comes out clean
when pushed into middle of cake.
- 5.leave cake to stand in the
tin for 5 minutes before turning it onto a wire rack to cool.
- 6.mix together cream cheese and
icing sugar and spread over top of cake. Decorate with strips of
orange rind, if liked.
