Pancakes |

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain flour.
- 2 eggs.
- 3/4 cup milk.
- butter, for greasing.

| Procedure:
|
- Place flour ,eggs and milk in blender or food processor bowl.
- Using the pulse action press button for 10 seconds or until the
ingredients are combined and the mixture is not lumpy .Or you can
put the flour , eggs and milk into a small bowl and beat with a
whisk until all the lumps are gone.
- Grease the frying pan with butter and pour in 2 tablespoons of
mixture .swirl mixture evenly over base
- Cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until the underside is
golden. Using an egg slice ,turn pancake over. Cook other side for 1
minute or until golden .Put cooked pancake on a plate; cover with a
tea towel and put out of the way in a warm spot.
- Cook the rest of the mixture in the same way greasing the pan when
necessary.
- Pancake ready.
