Tulsi Chicken Rice |

Ingredients:
- boneless chicken - 200 gms
- tulsi leaves - small kothu
- garlic - 8 cloves
- green chilli - 5 or 6
- soy sauce - 4 tsps
- cooked rice 2 plates

Procedure:
- First crush the garlic with
green chilli and keep aside.
- Then chop the chicken and keep
aside.
- now keep the pan in the burner
and pour 5 tsps of oil in the pan.
- And when the oil is hot enough
put the crushed garlic chilli paste.
- Then put the chicken and pour
the soy sauce and fry the chicken till cooked.
- Then put the tulsi leaves and
pour 1 tsp soy sauce again and take away from the pan.
- Now you can serve this along
with rice.
