Tulsi Chicken Rice

Ingredients:
  • boneless chicken - 200 gms
  • tulsi leaves - small kothu
  • garlic - 8 cloves
  • green chilli - 5 or 6
  • soy sauce - 4 tsps
  • cooked rice 2 plates
Procedure:
  • First crush the garlic with green chilli and keep aside.
  • Then chop the chicken and keep aside.
  • now keep the pan in the burner and pour 5 tsps of oil in the pan.
  • And when the oil is hot enough put the crushed garlic chilli paste.
  • Then put the chicken and pour the soy sauce and fry the chicken till cooked.
  • Then put the tulsi leaves and pour 1 tsp soy sauce again and take away from the pan.
  • Now you can serve this along with rice.
