Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 lt
- carrot 100g
- onion 100g
- potato 100g
- beans 10g
- pattani 100g
- tomato 100g
- califlower 100g
- ghee 150g
- pattai 4 strips
- elakkai 4
- krambu 4
- pudheena a bunch
- garlic 6 teeth
- ginger a small piece
- kothamalli a bunch
- green chilli 6nos

Procedure:
- Prepare the rice similar to make idly mavu before 2 hours to cook the above.
- Cut all of the vegetables in big size.
- Pour ghee in a vessel having capacity to the
above
- After the ghee dried well
- put in sombu, pattai, krambu,
elakkai and cut-onion in required amount
- Add ground ingredients
(ginger, garlic, green chilli) after the vessel content turns red
- Add the rice in above vessel after smell comes.
- Fry well for 5 minutes
- Then add 2 cup of hot water,
spread required table salt, add cut-tomato.
- Then mix well the total content with water
